Some things are not an expense or a habit. A packing list, a draft message, notes pasted from a meeting doc. Notes is a clean rich-text editor for exactly that: headings, bullet and numbered lists, checklists, quotes, code and links, typed or pasted. Under the hood
What a note can hold
- Formatting
- Three heading levels, bullet and numbered lists, checklists, quotes, code blocks, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and inline code.
- Links
- Web, email and phone links. Anything else that arrives in a paste keeps its text and loses the link, so nothing unsafe can hide in a note.
- Paste from anywhere
- Word, Google Docs, a web page: the structure comes through, the styling and scripts do not. Images are not supported, so a pasted screenshot is dropped.
- Autosave
- Saves a moment after you stop typing, with a Saved mark in the corner. If the same note was changed on another device meanwhile, you are shown both versions instead of one silently overwriting the other.
- Pin, archive, search
- Pinned notes sit on top. Archived ones leave the list but stay searchable. Search covers titles and text and matches the exact words you wrote.
- Size
- Up to 64 KB per note, around 30,000 characters of prose, far past any realistic note.

FAQ
Notes questions
No to both. Notes are the one part of Prodivity with no AI step at all: what you type or paste is stored exactly as the editor holds it, is never sent to an AI model, and never spends one of your 50 daily AI entries during the trial. Formatting is kept, and any script or style that arrives in a paste is dropped before saving.
English, Hindi and Hinglish, typed or spoken, mixed freely mid-sentence. Whatever you write, the entry is saved in English letters: "maine aaj burger khaya 150" and "मैंने आज बर्गर खाया 150" both become "Burger khaya, ₹150". Hinglish stays Hinglish (we never translate your words into English), Hindi in Devanagari is written out the way you would type it on a phone, and filler words like "maine" and "aaj" are dropped so titles stay short. Notes are free text and take whatever you type.
If you set up autopay during the trial, your plan simply begins at ₹49/month or ₹299/year, whichever you picked, on the day the trial ends. If you did not, nothing you saved is deleted and nothing is hidden from you: you keep full read access to every expense, entry, habit, workout, note and ledger balance, for as long as you want. What pauses is writing (adding, editing and deleting entries, and the AI parsing itself) until you subscribe; subscribe later and access comes back straight away, with the first charge the next day. You can also delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from your profile.
